Karen is a former member of the Canadian National Freestyle Ski Team. She is currently a massage practitioner and a Freestyle ski coach. Karen has many years of experience working with kids in sports through gymnastics, skiing, visualization training and motivational and goal setting sessions. She lives in Squamish, BC with her two daughters, Lily Jane and Cedar Grace.
Dominic Radford~Head Coach~Invermere~
Dom was born in the UK and went to boy scouts as a kid, so he grew to love the outdoors. He came to Canada to pursue a love of skiing and he has been instructing kids for 5 seasons now at Fernie, Kimberley and Panorama. He likes to keep active on his feet - preferably a meter off the ground on a slackline! He also loves rock climbing, mountain biking, SUP and juggling with a smile on his face. This English chap is stoked to be at camp for his fourth year!
Grace is a huge aquatics girl. She is a former competitive swimmer and continues her passion through teaching others to swim. She also works as a lifeguard at the lovely Radium hot springs pool. Grace also coaches gymnastics from time to time. She wants to share her experiences and help others find their passion. Grace also has a lot of experience with mountain biking and horses. Last but not least she loves working with kids.
Jamie is an energetic, outdoor-oriented engineering student from Calgary. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for activities and the love of sports with others. As a national champion in beach volleyball, Jamie has spent many years coaching kids and passing on her knowledge. She also loves skiing, biking and hiking and doing anything to keep active.
Egon is a life long ski bum from Estonia and has been working all around the World in the ski and snowboard and mountain bike industry for the last 8 years. Egon is a joyful, energetic and happy person who loves working with kids. With his diploma in Recreation Management and all of his experience with coaching, he is excited about being part of the team with RMSC this summer.
Maddy grew up in Perth, WA and came to Squamish in 2020 after falling in love with the Mountain lifestyle of B.C. Maddy enjoys climbing and hiking and has spent two summers working as an Adventure Guide and Camp Counsellor in America and most recently as a High Ropes guide for The Adventure Group in Whistler. Maddy loves being a good role model for kids and making sure they have a fun and safe summer.
